To enroll at PS31 PTA, you need to submit an online application form.

• Wednesday, January 14, 2026 the pre-K application will open. All NYC residents with children of this age can apply to pre-K this coming winter/spring to enter a Pre-K program in fall 2026.

• ​Have your paperwork when you come to register!
  1. ​​Proof of your child's age (birth certificate, passport, or record of baptism)
  2. Immunization records
  3. Two (2) of the documents below verifying proof of address
